JasimTried making this today; added one onion and some mustard seeds. I liked how that came about. However, the beans did not cook well. I'm wondering whether I should cook the beans separately. Will try out variations and hopefully post here. I like this dish because it is easy to prepare and gives a good dose of daily vegetable/fibre intake.
CherianThis makes me feel so happy! @Jasim, it depends a bit on the beans. If they are too mature the outer layer tends to form a shell and becomes hard. But I am sure on the second take it will come out well :-)
